Caught on Camera: Drunk Mayor Caught Slapping a Civilian on the Street! Must Watch!

It seems like netizens believe that the most effective way to air out complaints about misbehaving government officials is through posting videos of them on the popular social networking site, Facebook.

Over the past few years, people have posted hundreds of videos on Facebook featuring government officials who seem to be using their authority as an excuse to hurt or humiliate seemingly innocent civilians.

On Monday, Fenbruary 20, 2017,  a Facebook user who goes by the name Aryann Suarez posted a short video of a mayor who was caught slapping a civilian on the street. According to the Facebook user, the civilian got involved in a traffic dispute. This apparently caught the attention of the mayor in the video who happened to be close by when it happened.

But according to the Facebook user,  instead of sorting things out properly with the police, the mayor took matters into his own hands and proceeded to repeatedly slap one of the civilians involved while shouting at him.

The video was accompanied by the following caption:

The Facebook user also claimed that the mayor was drunk when the incident happened.

So far, the only information we have about the mayor is his name, based on the Facebook user's post.

The mayor was identified as Nestor Uy. Other commenters tried to ask the Facebook user where the incident happened, specifically about where the mayor comes from.

The Facebook user has not given more details about the incident so far.
