McNeal Briguela, also known as Awra, is slow reaching his dreams step by step.

On an episode of 'Rated K', Awra gave his fans and followers a sneak peek of his life before becoming a part of the entertainment industry. The child star also showed how far he has gone.

From being a simple child with dreams, Awra had no idea his life would take a huge turn and become a break out child star. The boy started as an internet sensation after being discovered online through his homemade videos projecting on camera.

And now, the child star opened the doors of his new home to give his fans a glimpse. In his hometown in Las Pinas, he bought a humble looking home for his family.

For the episode of Rated K, Awra came back to the place where he grew up as a normal kid and visited his old friends. Despite his career as a young comedian and actor, Awra did not forget his roots and even introduced his friends who became a huge part of his life. The break out star even introduced his best friend, and a few other people who helped them during tough times.

At his young age, Awra already had his share of life trials. According to him, one of the toughest trials he had gone through was the separation of his parents. However, in his interview with host Korina Sanchez, Awra claimed that he already put the past behind him as he focuses on the blessings given.

"Tanggap na po kasi sa daming hamon at daming masasayang nangyari sa buhay ko, tatanggapin ko na po kasi yun naman talaga ang mas makakabuti sa kanilang dalawa, sa aming mga bata kaya tanggap na po," said Awra.

When asked about the changes in his life, Awra shared: "Dati palagi akong nasa school, ngayon po parang module na lang, home study. Atsaka po dati palagi lang akong nasa bahay, naglalaro, ngayon po di na ako masyadong nakakauwi sa bahay kasi puro taping na.

"Pero ang maganda naman po, sobrang sikat ko na nakakatulong na ako sa pamilya ko, meron na akong perang naipon para sa future ko at nakikita ko naman na napakaraming taong napapahanga at napapasaya ko."




"Mawala man ako sa showbiz kahit di na ako sikat, okay lang sa akin basta nandiyan sila sa tabi ko na laging sumusuporta sa akin. Basta nandiyan sila sa tabi ko okay na ako."
