Linda, a mom of the 13-year-old girl who committed suicide, shares how heartbreaking the story of her daughter was. Cassidy Trevan, a seventh grader at a high school in Melbourne, Victoria stopped attending school because of bullying. According to Linda, a group of girls would abuse her on social media, bash her, and would slap her at school.

The girls said they were sorry when Cassidy went back to school, made friends with her and even invited her to go to a festival; however, they led her to a house instead. In the house, two older guys mercilessly raped her simultaneously. Cassidy’s innocence was stolen from her.

“They were older boys that Cass didn’t know. Two girls who sat and waited. Two boys who shared her and timed each other. One boy stood guarding the front door."

“Cass was scared to make a formal statement for fear of retaliation from the gang, and she also was worried reliving it would ‘push her over the edge’,” Linda narrated on an interview with 9News.

Cassidy went to another school in an effort to avoid the bullies but the main bully did not leave her online. She verbally abused her in social media. Linda had to watch her daughter’s suffering for 22 more months.

“I had to get an intervention order on the main bully girl when she physically assaulted Cass at the shops, after the rape, and she was even calling my mobile demanding to talk to Cass,” Linda added.

Cassidy went through flashbacks of the rape, nightmares, insomnia, panic attacks, separation anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and worsening mental illness. No lawsuit case was filed in court as she chose not to file anymore in fear of retaliation.

After two years of suffering from trauma, Cassidy committed suicide on December 12, 2015. She was only 15 when this happened. Linda wrote on her Facebook account, “Bullying Killed My Child.”

Nowadays, bullying is a crime already and many are now aware of how to prevent it. All that it takes for the victim is to take courage in telling what is happening to the authorities.

Once there he immediately went back to his old tricks. He hooked up with his childhood friend Kaycee Reyes. He was so blatant with his cheating that pictures of them together reached his baby mama.


After he was caught in the act, he refused to own up to it. He won’t admit the truth, saying that the pictures were coincidental. The nerve, right?
And it doesn’t end there… even Austin’s mom and dad are putting the blame on Sharmaine.
Sharmaine has had it with everything, so she decided it’s time to wreck the homewrecker.
She wrote, "pero sa mata niyong lahat (Austin's side) ako lang ang masama. You even think na baliw ako. Lol. Wag kang tanga, Austin. Alam mong hindi ko gagawin ang isang bagay ng walang dahilan. Mabunganga ako. Pero umabot na sa point na kailangan ko ipost dahil sobra sobra na kayo. Pinagsabihan kita Austin. I even sent lots of messages to Kaycee. Pero pareho kayong hindi nagpatinag. Ang kakapal nyo!!!”

However, the girl didn’t seem to be pleased at all with his automobile.

In his post, he said:

“Three months ago, I met a beautiful girl when I was working. Finally, I managed to find a chance to date her out for some drinks, but I drove an 11-year-old Myvi to pick her up.

“The first thing she said to me when she got in the car was, 'Do you have any other car?'. I told her I only had this Myvi. After that date, there was no more contact between us.”

Sad to say, John was dumped by the girl. But John decided to try his luck for a second time, this time while driving a Mercedes Benz.

According to John’s post:

“Last week, I decided to try my luck again and gathered up my courage to ask her out for the second time. But this time, I drove a new Mercedes Benz to pick her up. The moment she saw the car, she gave me a huge smile. After the date, she takes the initiative to message me every day. Tell me, what should I do?”

Naturally, netizens gave John negative comments warning John that the girl he is with is materialistic and is not really interested with him.

Some netizens commented “She likes your car, and not you.”, and “Let her go because if one day a Ferrari came to pick her up she would follow him instead.”

John defended the girl by telling everyone that even though the girl is a bit materialistic, everything else about her is good.

Still, there are those who agreed with the girl’s actions. One netizen even commented “She is just thinking for her future, there is nothing wrong!”

According to Isabela Knights Riders Club President Christopher Fabro, their admiration for the old man and his love for his family is what pushed them to help the man by bringing him home.

"Naaantig kami kasi mas pinili niyang maglakad o mangalakal, magtulak magpakahirap, para makauwi ng probinsya ngunit marangal yung pagkatao niya."

Fortunately, the love received by Colibao did not end with the riders club of Isabela, Kapamilya show 'Rated K' has also heard news of the inspiring story that led them to reward the man for his perseverance in life.

Not only did the show give his family a day's treat, the Colibao family was also rewarded with groceries for their soon to be established sari-sari store. He was also given a new job wherein he no longer has to walk miles just to provide a living for his family. Now, the old man is working as a caretaker in a  nearby farm.

But despite this, the man remains thankful for the old kariton he used which symbolizes his love and longing to be in his family's arms.

In the video, one of them was seen washing the old man while the other helped him put on his clothes. They are now asking people to send help to the abandoned man.

“Ito po si Tatay Romie Jumawan ang kanyang mga anak ay sina Roberto/Rebecca Jumawan na taga Sicayab, Dipolog City... wala na pong nag aalaga kay Tatay paki share na lang po para makaabot sa kanyang pamilya para makuha na siya sa Liloy Municipal Police Station,” the Liloy MPS posted.

The Liloy MPS urges netizens who were touched by the video to contact their hotline number 0977-816-7358 whenever they're ready to provide help.

However, through perseverance and hard work, Lopez finally graduated and will now be able to help his father provide for their family.

If there's a lesson he had learned from his rollercoaster life in college, it is to always pay your debts in time.

A 53-year-old woman is one of those unlucky wives who deals with an abusive husband almost every day of the week.

In an online report from a local news website (Abante Tonite), the victim, Vivian Carido, was kicked, punched on the face, and hit with a metal chain by her hungry husband, 53-year-old Emmanuel Carido.

The wife, who lives with her husband at Baseco Compund in Manila, decided to file charges against him when she decided that enough was enough.

According to the report, the incident happened at around 6pm last night when Vivian was at her neighbor’s house. Her husband arrived, and due to extreme hunger, decided to kick Vivian when she refused to cook him a meal. Due to the harsh blow that she received from Emmanuel, she fell down from where she was standing. Afterwards, the suspect continued to punch her on the face. To top it all off, Emmanuel grabbed a chain and beat her with it.

“Wala akong pera, meron konti para naman sa pangangailangan ng mga anak ko sa eskuwela,” said Vivian.

The only time Emmanuel stopped beating up Vivian was when their child arrived. That’s when the victim ran all the way to the Barangay Hall so she could file a report. Vivian said that Emmanuel almost always beats up both her and their child whenever he goes home drunk.

Emmanuel now has a pending case for violating R.A. 9262, also known as Violence Against Women and Children Act.

“The Kaiga Power Plant is located near the forest range. The snake had wandered into the Kaiga Township, located near the plant sometime in the morning. We spotted the King Cobra at around 12.30 pm and it was dehydrated due to the extreme heat. Hence, I offered it some water and took it to a rescue center,” Naykka stated.

On March 17, Rey Galleon, an undocumented immigrant in the US, did not expect that he would abruptly set his foot in the Philippines again after seven years of living in the foreign land.


Galleon's arrival in Manila was unplanned as he was sent by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) who arrested him for being an illegal citizen in the US. According to ABS-CBN, he is the first Filipino in Southern California to be deported back in the country due to illegal papers under the presidency of Donald Trump.

Galleon narrated that the ICE came into his apartment pretending to be his neighbors and asking information about his wife and children. Moments after their interrogation, he sensed that the ICE officers were there to arrest him so he asked his wife who is also an undocumented immigrant to sneak out of their house with their children.

After the conversation, Galleon was then brought to the Homeland Security Office in Long Beach where he was given two options. He was asked if he would rather be deported or detained.

Galleon was then sent to the Los Angeles International Airport and paid for his own plane ticket for a Philippine flight. When he arrived in the Philippines, he immediately alerted the Pilipino Workers Center (PWC) which he was a former member of.

The PWC, through their representative Aqui Soriano Versoza, explained that Galleon could have avoided the sudden deportation had he known the basic information regarding his rights. PWC claimed that his two children who were already documented legally as US citizens could have helped him. However, it was really the intention of the ICE to not mention anything about a solution that would be in his favor. They claimed that the arresting body intentionally gives their targets "false options".

"ICE, if you interact with them, are trying to get you to sign your own voluntary departure. He was asking for legal assistance and they were ignoring that and in the end they gave him false options," Versoza said.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN further reported that Galleon's wife and children went back in the Philippines to follow him in Zamboanga.

Though the video is slightly blurry, it is still obvious that the young boy’s hands were inside the girl’s shirt. As the boy was touching the girl, you can see the young woman rocking back and forth.

The two students seemed unfazed by the fact that they were engaged in an indecent act inside a public educational institution in broad daylight. They were also obviously unaware that they are being filmed.

Bukod sa kasong kriminal, nahaharap ngayon ang pulis sa kasong administratibo at kaso sa iligal na droga.

A video is now viral after it allegedly caused the suicide of a Filipino tricycle driver.

The video features a woman who seems to have Asian and Filipina features playing around with a big bodied American in what seems to be a hotel room or a grand bedroom.

There were no distinct conversations, as the two seems to just be goofing around and playing around. It seems like they were on a live show and there were people watching what they are doing online.

The alleged suicide is not yet confirmed. It was only posted as a caption of the video.

If this is proven true, this will not be a first time that an OFW committed extra-marital affairs once placed outside the country. Some of the known cases are those of Roderick Vargas and Liezel Apostol both working in Singapore. Their affair was broadcasted in Facebook by an anonymous author. Another posted by Jolian Noceda who shared that his wife was having an affair in the Middle East.

The cases of these extra-marital affairs have been so alarming that envoys and diplomats in several countries are already worried. First, they are afraid that the image of the Filipinos having close knit families are slowly being forgotten. Second, they admit that they do not have the capacity to meddle with those affairs and can only offer counseling and guidance.

They disclosed that the amount of letters they receive had an average of 1,000 complaints per month, and half of it involves fathers or mothers who cannot be contacted and stopped sending financial help to their respective families in the Philippines. This negligence caused families to be broken apart.

Kanlungan, a non-government organization also admits that illicit affairs are a big factor as to why OFW's forget their families in the Philippines. 

As of this writing, the video already has 1,100 likes and 900 comments yet the suicide still has no concrete evidence. But if there's a thing that stands true, it is that there is a worrying number of OFWs already committing adulterous acts whether broadcasted or kept in the dark.

According to Esquire Philippines, May Ling Su is a Communications graduate from the Jesuit school who migrated to the United States to start a self-publishing p*rn online with her husband Jay in 1996.

She described them as being “frisky newlyweds.” In her interview, she stated. “We were a couple of horny newlywed artists with a camera.”

“Taking s*xy photos came naturally. We posted photos online anonymously and under various aliases at first just for kicks.”

“It wasn’t until a couple of years later that we got comfortable with presenting a cohesive body of work and website. People started to notice and we gained a following,” she said.

Su was nominated for a Feminist P*rn Award and her portrait can be seen at the Erotisch Museum in Amsterdam, Germany.

Su said that she does her job because she believes that the society needs her to be a “spokesperson for health, s*x education, women’s rights, freedom.”

She reiterates that s*x is an important part of health and that “it’s good for the body and soul.” Su also believes that if one has a healthy s*x life, then all the other aspects of an individual’s life will “bloom” as well.

“When you’ve had good s*x, di ba ganado ka? You feel good about life,” she said. The p*rn star also mentioned that her p*rn is different from all the others because it presents s*x as a “wholistic” way.

The best part of the job, according to her, is when she starts to connect on a deep level with her husband—-emotionally, physically, artistically. In fact, she considers him her partner and collaborator in everything.

Su also stated that she won’t retire from her profession, and instead will evolve herself as a spokesperson for women’s rights, reproductive health rights, s*x education, and women’s health and freedom.

When she was asked on how people—-specifically Filipinas--would react to her if they think that what she was doing is “3vil,” Su said, “If they set aside their preconceived notions of my job description, they might be surprised to see that the person behind it is someone worth getting to know."

"I say this also on behalf of all the Filipino $*x workers. Don’t judge us by our job description. We are people just as deserving of love and respect as you,” she continued.

Her advice to fellow Filipinas who still find themselves limited by their s*xuality is the following, “Be true to yourself. It is our nature to be s*xy. $*x is how life happens. There’s nothing wrong with being shy or a ‘good girl.’”

“And there’s nothing wrong with being a ‘bad girl’ either. Do what is right for you. Life is short. Love as much and as deeply as you can in this life.”

Back in 2010, Indonesian toddler Ardi Rizal became a trending topic worldwide because of an awful habit he picked up at such a young age.

Viral photos and videos revealed that the 2-year-old boy had chain-smoking around 40 cigarettes a day!

Unsurprisingly, his story caused outrage from many netizens across the world – who couldn’t believe that a young lad who could barely speak had already begun smoking.

If you needed a reminder of who this boy was here’s two pictures of the youth.

Apparently Ardi took his first puff at only 18 months old.


Equally as appalling was his parents’ seemingly lax attitude and sense of discipline when it came to their son’s addiction. Diane, the boy’s mother, was quoted in saying: “If he doesn’t get cigarettes, he gets angry and screams and batters his head against the wall. He tells me he feels dizzy and sick.”


Mohamed, the boy’s father, thought his son “looked healthy enough” and saw nothing wrong with Ardi smoking 40 cigarettes a day.
Due to pressure from the online and international community, the Indonesian government stepped in the affairs of the family and placed the toddler in a rehabilitation program for his cigarette addiction. The outraged public called for the family to change their ways.

Afterwards the government issued a nationwide campaign to put a halt to children cigarette-smoking.
Naturally, like any former addict, Ardi shifted his cigarette craving towards something else. He began to eat more as his body’s way of coping with the lack of nicotine – most especially junk foods.
Soon enough, he was severely overweight and had to be treated for THAT different addiction.

Psychiatrist DrKak Seto is the person to thank for the young boy’s steady recovery. Along with play therapy sessions which helped remove possible addiction triggers, Ardi was given a strict healthy diet by a nutritionist.

Nowadays, Ardi looks healthier with a manageable weight and no cigarette in sight.
Thankfully this young man has stopped the hazardous habit of smoking and has begun to live a more proper childhood.

During a forum with the Filipino Community Leaders at Bulwagang Rizal Philippine Consulate Office in Sydney, Australia, Sen. Riza Hontiveros did not expect that she would receive some criticisms from an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) during the session’s question-and-answer portion.

A lady from the audience who introduced herself as Lualhati criticized Sen. Hontiveros and other politicians for allegedly giving a tainted image of the Philippines in the international community.

Lualhati claimed that while OFWs like her are doing their best to honor the country by giving it a respectful image, Sen. Hontiveros and her political party are destroying it by giving false and inaccurate information. She accused the Senator of bringing the country down.

“We are trying our best here to international community to show how Filipinos are like and how hardworking we are and how excellent we are.. but no matter how hard we do that there are people especially from your party in fact yourself”, Lualhati said.

The OFW criticized Hontiveros’ call for the United Nations to investigate the country on the issue of the war on drugs. She strongly believes that such demand is dishonorable as it suggests the existence of extrajudicial crimes in the country.

“How can we be honorable when we malign our own community, our own people, in suggesting that there are crimes going on done by the government, against its own people. Parang hindi fair na kami nagpapakahirap na baguhin ang imahe ng mga Pilipino at ng Pilipinas sa international community and yet paulit-ulit na naririnig namin sa inyong mga politicians na dina-down niyo ang sarili niyong bansa.,” Lualhati added.

Lualhat went on her criticisms, saying that OFWs are on the frontier as they are the ones who represent Filipinos in the foreign land. She said that as an OFW, they had to redeem the tainted honor of the country due to politicians like Hontiveros.

“Naapektuhan kami, naapektuhan ang mga OFWs. We are around the world and we all have to put up with that and we all have to, we’re at the forefront in other words, nasa frontier kami, nasa harapan kami, kami yung nasa trenches na humaharap sa mga foreigners na nakikita ang sinasabi ng mga katulad ninyo na senators. You hold office okay? So people will listen to you whether we like it or not,” the OFW added.

Lualhati then asked Hontiveros for her suggestions on how OFWs like her can redeem what has been destroyed by the Senator and her political affiliates.

“So, paano naming mababago ang imahe, kung paulit ulit na sinisira ng kapwa naming Pilipino?” Lualhati strongly asked.

The Senator then was given the opportunity to answer the question. Sen. Hontiveros clarified that she did not demand an investigation from the UN but rather urged them as she sees some loopholes in the administration’s war on drugs.  She presented the PNP statistics claiming more than half of the 7,000 recorded deaths due to war on drugs were killed during the police operation. The OFW then claimed that Hontiveros’ statistics are factually incorrect.

The Senator then claimed that the investigation is urged not to give the country a bad image but rather to secure the loopholes of the operations. Hontiveros claimed that there is a possibility that certain vigilante groups are abusing the administration’s war on drugs.

“I try to study the issue further and propose an alternative. That’s why there are also, as I was discussing with Sir Rado earlier, some proposals I’m making in terms of how to more effectively and cost-efficiently address our problem with illegal drugs, how to support the PNP in its security centre reforms process. So that’s what I can say, that uh, I’m trying to do my job as a legislator, and as a Filipino,” the Senator said.

The Consulate General then decided to end the discussion.

A 17-year-old girl sought the help of the Commission on Human Rights and the Philippine National Police after she reported the alleged sexual abuse she experienced from her father since 2007.

It has been 10 years since the victim lost her innocence to her own father but she was only able to write a letter asking for help on Friday, March 25. The letter narrating how her father allegedly sexually assaulted her was received by the CHR.

CHR and the Provincial Intelligence Bureau (PIB) of the Philippine National Police  (PNP) immediately sent their task force to rescue the child in her house in Barangay Basak, Zamboanguita in Negros Oriental.

The operations chief investigator Dr. Jess Cañete states that the victim is now under their custody and is set to take medico-legal examinations for further investigation. The officials will help her file appropriate legal charges against her own father. Meanwhile, Cañete also claimed that the incident that has been happening for 10 years remained unknown to her mother and siblings.

ABS-CBN News reported that the victim’s father denied the rape allegations. However, he admitted that he has been hurting his daughter physically because she allegedly always leaves their house.

Furthermore, rescuers also revealed that deadly weapons such as a .357 caliber revolver with 2 rounds and 3 live shotgun shells were recovered inside the suspect’s house. The findings gave officials the grounds to file a case of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition against the suspect.
