REALITY VS. EXPECTATION: Disappointed Netizen Ranted About Her Purchase From This Fast-Food Chain!

Advertising is the key to selling any product regardless of what it is.

Advertisements are very powerful as they shape how potential customers view your product or service. Since advertisements are powerful, companies do everything just to make their tv commercials more pleasing and more attractive to their consumers. As a result, they sometimes resort to deception.

This seemed to be the case when this netizen went on Facebook to vent out her disappointment over what she got when she purchased a fast-food chain's new product.

Kimberly Faith Sabala shared on her Facebook account a photo of Pizza Hut's ad for their new 'KitKat Pops', together with a picture of what it looked like in real life.

Pizza Hut decided to innovate their crust by putting Kitkat bars inside it. They made the product available exclusively online. Their advertisement was a success as many netizens admitted that they were excited to try it.

However, netizens claimed that the advertisement deceived them.

On Pizza Hut's advertisement, they featured attractive and satisfying photos of their product. Meanwhile, what Kimberly got, in reality, was an unsatisfying product.

Her post's comments section was bombarded with claims saying the actual product is far from what the fast food chain promised.

Kimberly's post immediately went viral with 8,000 Facebook reactions as of this writing.
