If your friend forgot to give you the hard copy of your video and delete the source on the phone but he or she upload the video in facebook you could get it using a free web source just follow the steps.
1. go to your facebook account and find the private video of your friend and play.
2. There do right click on any section of the page, then click on the option "View source code" or Press Ctrl + U to view page source.
3. On the page that opens, copy all the text inside it, from beginning to end (you can use CTRL+A to select all and then CTRL+C to copy).
4. Go to this link " http://www.genfb.com/private-downloader.html " Paste (CTRL + V) the source code from facebook to the box and click Download!.
5. Download the mp4 file and save to your computer. Done!
